Relive Resort

We wanted something out of the hustle and bustle of the main city, and drove up a half-an-hour ride to the quieter parts of Chiang Mai. Be prepared for a laidback time, a simple resort isolated from the city for a retreat among straw houses, a home-grown vegetable farm and overlooking sunsets. It was an eye-opening experience staying in an actual home similar to that of their locals, but you do need to be ready for a couple of mosquito bites and a slow retreat. Dinner and breakfast meals are both included, and even though the hosts can't converse well in English, they still try their best to assist whenever.

Paradee Residence

Really loved how responsive the host, Noy, was on our general enquiries on things to do in the vicinity, and attentive to little details such as our flight information, making sure we took down her contact for better communication. She came to meet us before we checked out, and was really friendly too! Even though the apartment was average, it was clean and decent for what we paid, and service was great!

Baan Ploy-in

Definitely heading back here to stay if we visit the city again. The apartment was clean and cozy, with great facilities ranging from water provided in the rooms to a 24/7 pantry downstairs the apartment where you could help yourselves to coffee or tea. Also a child-friendly apartment! We also enjoyed how easy it was to head to the main city with the help of our apartment situated in an accessible location. The hosts also came to speak to us on our first night, asking us if everything was good and letting us know where they're residing at, should we need any assistance. Honestly love this apartment hands down. Thank you, Salinla!

The Phae Bunk Home

Would only recommend this apartment for its good location and affordable pricing, but it wasn't an amazing stay because there was a bit of a confusion before we checked in, the mosquito nettings didn't work as well and the staff service was average. There's a swimming pool by the apartment, but wouldn't recommend as it was entirely green and looked uncleaned. Nevertheless, the room was in a good condition after it was made, and we got what we paid for.
