As the post title suggests, I had a date with Lee Min Ho a few days ago.

Along with OSIM uDiva, the invited media guests, hosts, security guards, thousands of cameras, and a shopping mall full of fans and audience. :(

Sigh. At least I got to see my favourite Korean idol.

It all started when I received an email that made me jump for joy. LITERALLY.

I even thought that there might have been a mistake because it was the first time the PR agency has contacted me. I stoned for like a few minutes just re-reading the email over and over again.

After "finding myself back", I quickly RSVP-ed because I was afraid that anyone else would take my spot. HAHA.

(Hey, don't judge. My love for LMH is infinite.)

I was pretty sure that this wasn't going to be an exclusive invite (although secretly hoping so because it would mean a greater chance of posing for a picture with my idol) - but oh heck, I GET TO SEE LEE MIN HO. IN PERSON.

The last time I saw him was about 4 years ago when he came to MBS for a fan meet. To contradict myself, I dislike it when people fan-girl over celebrities but I myself can't resist when I get to see him or even when I watch his dramas. Really drama mama sia.

Arrived at Westin Singapore, seated next to Celine. We were both excited yet grumpy because we could've gotten two seats right in the front row (better view, better pictures) but two other bloggers placed their bags there to chope the seats. *rolls eyes*

Because of that, I didn't manage to take really quality pictures. I had to crop off lots of unnecessary heads from time to time, zoom in to LMH, and/or desperately adjust the lighting accordingly.

Waited a good half an hour and I swear I couldn't contain my excitement!!!!

LIKE, OMG. IS IT TIME ALREADY???

So. CUTE. *bREATHES*

Every time I look at him, I think of Boys Over Flowers + Personal Taste + City Hunter + The Heirs ALL ROLLED INTO ONE CHARMING YOUNG MAN STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Like my dramas were coming to live!

However, this was not the reason why he came to Singapore. Lee Min Ho specially took a flight down to Singapore (just for a day, i.e. 24 hours can you believe it) to celebrate OSIM's 35th Anniversary!

I really love how natural he is in front of the cameras and new people, just like how he is in dramas.

The Lee Min Ho X OSIM Press Conference lasted about an hour, when Lee Min Ho, face of OSIM's chic massage sofa (uDiva), talks about how much he enjoys uDiva's massage technology that's able to soothe his body and neck muscles after long hours of work and travelling.

He also mentioned that he's often out of home, so his mum uses it most. And when asked what he loves doing most during his free time at home, he said he loves sleep, and did the *sleeping hand action* while laughing, HAHA. Not sure if I'm obsessed or he is just overly cute. Actually, both.

After the Press Conference, we quickly snapped a few pictures on our OSIM uDiva chairs in the Conference Room and placed the signed LMH banner at the back.

Oh, and I snatched the massage seat from Joey - the chair that LMH sat on. No need wash ass already, HAHA. I know, I'm gross. :*

Because I (very sadly) didn't manage to take a picture with LMH. So this is what my height will be beside him, LOL. (and I was wearing heels wtf)

We were escorted to Causeway Point for the next event - a fan meet.

It was crazily packed from the first to the top floor, but there were seats in front of the stage for us, thank goodness!

OSIM organised various games and activities involving Lee Min Ho and his fans to keep the event hyped up. He also tested out the OSIM uDiva on stage to showcase how this massage sofa can transform into a relaxing lounger or a full-body massage chair! SUPER useful.

What it looked like before the group shot:

Look at all the girls just staring at him while he tries not to remain eye contact HAHA.

To end the event off, Lee Min Ho prepared to toast champagne with OSIM to celebrate their 35th Anniversary. However, one of the staff accidentally spilled the champagne glasses one by one as it shattered on the floor, right on stage.

And while the others panicked, the only person on stage who laughed it off was Lee Min Ho.

It made everything seem so funny too. LOL.

Blurred everything out and focused on Joey, Celine and I and Lee Min Ho. So near yet so far, but managed to capture us in the picture. Good enough, HAHA. (picture credits from OSIM and TIN)

Ending off this heavily-obsessed-with-minho post with two selfies - one with the banner and another with the real oppa whom I was so thankful to be able to meet again for a second time. Can't wait for the release of Gangnam Blues already!!

Also want to thank Geraldine and OSIM for organizing this event! Most people might have been there because it's cool to meet a Korean star, let friends know how lucky you are to see a famous personality, etc. But it doesn't matter as much for me as compared to what I got most out from this event - being able to bring my Korean dramas to reality just for that day itself. :')
